Chicken Curry

  • garlic
  • seasoning salt
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • bricks of Curry in Asian stores
  • Japanese short grain rice
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Large bag of frozen vegetables

Put chopped onion and chopped chicken in a pot and boil them till they are done. Sprinkle some onion powder and put some chopped garlic and chopped bell peppers in the water along with some seasoning salt

Cook the rice on the stove in a pot on low heat.  Taste the rice when the water is almost gone to make sure the rice is done. If its not, you might need to add more hot water.

When the chicken is done boiling make sure u use the water and then put the veggies in. U don't want them to get too soft.

Let your veggies boil for about 10 minutes then start adding the bricks of curry start with one package and stir till dissolved.
  
Taste the curry and veggies to make sure that it is to your liking.  It will need to be a little salty as it will even out the taste once it is poured over the rice.  

If the sauce isn't thick enough then continue adding curry bricks until you have reached the desired thickness.

Let sauce cool for 10 mins and pour over your rice
